Paint for Fun is a plaster art studio, similar to ceramics - except there is no firing, and you take it home the same day. Paint for Fun is open 7 days a week and WALK-INS are ALWAYS welcome.
Paint for Fun is owned and operated by Patti Spinelli, retired Art teacher from St. Mary Academy in Dover, NH. With over 30 years teaching experience she feels she has an understanding of what children and adults want. In the studio they are free to be themselves. In the art class lessons, they are free to be themselves...just with a little more guidance.
Paint for fun provides a relaxing and safe atmosphere for customers. You come into the shop, pick an item, paint it and take it home the same day! The price you pay (starting as low as $3.00) includes eveything: item-brushes-numerous colors of paint, an apron, and a space to paint as long as you need to stay. If you have chosen a larger item, you can leave it here, come back and finish it at no extra cost.
The business is located at 157 Portland Ave. Dover, NH easy to find on Rt 4 -beside Philbricks Sports, across the street from the Dover Ice Arena and the Jenny Thompson Pool!!
